Having an excellent track record of deal making and delivery of a wide range of property projects, Ron has particular expertise in the purchasing of Properties where a quick sale is needed. To meet the ever-changing needs of the market, Ron has developed a number of innovative approaches to working with business owners and developers. He has developed an effective JV model which has allowed several projects to move forward where Banks have proven to be a hindrance. This includes facilitating bespoke packages to purchase properties.
